Real Estate Professional Earns CRS® Designation

July 20 2006 -- Keith James Blazek with Ocean View Int'l Realty, Inc. of North Miami, Florida, has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the  Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

REALTORS® who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate.  Only 44,000 REALTORS® nationwide have earned this prestigious credential.  Less than 4% of REALTORS are Certified Residential Specialists, while almost 25% of residential transactions involve a Certified Residential Specialist.  Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS Designees subscribe to the strict REALTOR code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home. 

The Council of Residential Specialists was founded in 1976 and is the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, with its headquarters in Chicago, Ill. It is composed of over 45,000 Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) Designees and Candidates/General Members.
